Simply run the tool, select your exported email folder, and get a clean Excel list of all email addresses, including:
- Senders (From)
- Recipients (To, CC, BCC)
- Names associated with each email
- Date range filtering for precise control

- Download and run the application — no installation needed.
- Select the folder containing your.emlfiles.
- Choose which fields to extract: From, To, CC, BCC.
- (Optional) Enter a date range to filter the emails.
- ClickRun Extraction— the tool processes your files and saves an.xlsxfile.
- Your export folder will open automatically with the results.
*Note: When processing a folder with 1000s of e-mails, the tool can become unresponsiv. Do not turn it off or force close it, it will finish once all the e-mail are processed.
